Bavi was born from a simple conviction: Ghanaian consumers deserve premium beauty soap made here, at home — with real ingredients, real results, and a price point that makes sense for everyday life.
The founding idea
Why Bavi exists
Ghana has no shortage of beauty soap. But for years, the shelves of Ghanaian pharmacies, supermarkets, and beauty shops were dominated by imported brands — products made overseas, for other markets, at price points that squeezed retailer margins and consumer value alike.
DIVS Industries Ltd was established to change that. We set out to create a premium beauty soap that could stand alongside the best imports — on quality, on presentation, and on skin-benefit specificity — while being made right here in Accra, with a supply chain Ghanaian retailers can actually rely on.
The result is Bavi: three variants, one brand, and a clear promise. Deep-moisture Glycerine, radiance-boosting Vitamin E, and brightening Lemon — each formulated around a real skin benefit, each manufactured to a consistent standard at our Spintex facility.

Every Bavi bar is manufactured at our Spintex Road facility in Accra — which means consistent quality, a short supply chain, and no exposure to the import delays and currency volatility that affect products sourced from abroad.
Being local matters for our stockists. When you need a restock, we can deliver. When you have a question, you can reach us directly. And when the quality of a batch matters to your customers, you know exactly where it came from and who to call.

What goes into a Bavi bar
Glycerine variant
Built around glycerine — a proven humectant that draws moisture from the environment into the skin. Combined with palm kernel oil and coconut oil for a cleanser that nourishes as it washes.
Vitamin E variant
Enriched with tocopherol (vitamin E), an antioxidant that protects skin cells from oxidative damage and supports the natural renewal cycle — for a brighter, more even complexion over time.
Lemon variant
Lemon extract delivers a thorough, invigorating cleanse and a brightening effect on the complexion. Formulated for oily and combination skin — or anyone who wants to start the day feeling fresh.
